Our processors are trained in working on all Nationals Platforms such as MCS Vendor360, Safeguard VendorWeb, Altisource VMS, Carrington InField Express, ServiceLink AssetSheild, M&M Mortgage, NFR, NFN, SandCastle, NPS, Spectrum, Midland, SingleSource, IMS, etc..

We process all types of work orders, such as Grass Cut /Snow Removal orders, P&P, Janitorial /Maid Refresh /Sales Clean, Winterization Orders, P&P and REO Orders, Rehab, Repair Orders (Initial secure, Rush, Perform per bid, Conveyance conditions, Securing, Deed-In lieu, etc.).We calculate Bids using Cost Estimators (Repair Base & XactPRM) based on Photos.
